Highbury Fields
North London green oasis! Highbury Fields are the largest open space in Islington, 29 acres. You can play tennis here, wonder among the trees, and there is plenty of space for ball games.
What we love.
There are tennis courts, as well as netball courts, and a floodlit football pitch.
Surrounding the park are beautiful terraced houses, the oldest dating to 1770s.
Travel Tip.
Just a half an hour walk from Prime Angel.
Most of the walk is along Islington High Street. Grab a coffee from one of the independant cafes along the way.
